We are in full training mode! The off-season is where athletes fine tune their skills to become better long-term.
IAG always starts with a general assessment of any returning or new athletes to the program. We dissect every part of any athlete’s movement. Shown in the video is a few of or acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction drills in Phase 1.
Our 2 athletes shown are DJ & Wes of the Class of 2032 & 2033.
DJ is one of our football and basketball athletes who started with us 3 years ago. He began with our sports performance program last year and as progressively gotten better with each session!
Wes is a local soccer player and newcomer to IAG. Wes will be joining our IAG football team this upcoming season. He is very quick learner and is picking up the basic principles of our program to generate success long-term!

IAG Training is back‼️
We are starting our training sessons back for the summer ☀️
We are offering professional speed/agility training for group & private sessions (SPOTS ARE LIMITED)
Your child will become a better athlete for their upcoming sports season. They will develop top tier speed, balance/coordination, explosiveness, and change of direction.
The age group for the group sessions are as follows by age:
9-10 yrs. old (Elementary)
11-13 yrs. old (Middle School)
14+ yrs. old (High School)
Pricing:
Group Session - $35 per session
Private Session - $40 per session
Each session is 45 minutes
These spots are limited and are beginning to fill up quickly‼️
