Holy smokes batman! That’s a lot of stained wood! We clean this boat house at Big Bay Lake twice a year along with many others. It’s not necessarily the algae and mildew that’s concerning it’s all the BUGS! We brush what we can down Softwash the rest and follow up with a stained wood sealer/ wax, which seems to help keep the bugs off just a little bit better.
