What I ate today.
-green cup is morning coffee
Breakfast :
-oatmeal (with almond milk) and strawberries
-black cup is water
Lunch:
Ham sandwich with blueberries and strawberries
Pop corners for a snack with water
Afternoon coffee to stay awake 🤣
Dinner: spaghetti & meatballs with a seltzer
Not much movement today but that’s okay we’ll get some in tomorrow !
