We are starting a NEW Developmental Track Group for Ages 7–18, and this session will include:
✔️ A practice workout for athletes
✔️ A parent meeting covering the upcoming season
✔️ Information on training, expectations, and registration
If your athlete wants to learn the fundamentals, improve speed, and compete in track & field, bring them out.
