Sweet Comb Alabama

The bee man is putting up swarm traps around our property today! The idea is that when bees swarm, they find a protected, stable environment in one of these traps. Then we are able to retrieve the swarm when conditions are ideal to move them into a permanent hive on ground level.

To the kind person who shared flower seeds with us this spring, thank you! The bees have been loving for flowers and so have we.
