As a recipient of the Hart County Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Achievement Award, she receives a lifetime Chamber membership in recognition of her extraordinary service and lasting impact on our community.

Kay has dedicated countless years to making Hart County a better place to live. She has served in numerous leadership and volunteer roles and continues to stay active in the Hartwell Garden Club while remaining a devoted supporter of the Hartwell Service League. Her commitment to serving others has touched the lives of so many.

Known as a true ambassador for Hart County, Kay has a special way of making everyone feel at home. She's also a wonderful local historian whose passion for Hart County is evident in everything she does.

We're honored to officially welcome Kay as a lifetime member of the Chamber. Thank you, Kay, for your decades of service, your leadership, and the example you've set for generations to come. We're so grateful to have you as part of our Chamber family! 💙
