Learning is our love language at Catalyst! We had an awesome time at an instructor seminar learning all things scoliosis and movement patterns this past Friday! Our instructors and clinicians are always looking to expand knowledge and grow in practice!!

•Stack hands behind head
•With bent knee, pull leg toward you as you reach the other leg away
•T᭙ⅈડ𝕥 toward bent leg - work on spiraling your upper body toward your knee
CAUTION
Twist with your body NOT your arms!
Repeat 5-10x each side.
