Hello to all our past clients, business associates, friends and family,
We have some updates…

Tom just had long overdue ankle surgery 3 weeks ago and the recovery is expected to be around 8 weeks. Since we have recently moved to Central Wisconsin, Tom has decided that he will fully retire and get some of the projects done on our forever home in
the woods.

We are also excited to announce that we will be passing on the SHAMROCK legacy to Rick Francis, a previous inspector with our team who started his own inspection company 3 years ago called 4Site Building Inspection LLC. Rick carries many certifications including “Certified Master Inspector” but more importantly, Rick conducted over one thousand Inspections with or for Tom in his time with Shamrock.

The professional connection between Shamrock and 4site Building Inspections has always been a great one and Rick has started taking on commercial inspections after 2,500 general building Inspections.

Tom will continue to mentor Rick as a consultant for the next couple of years as Rick shifts focus into the Commercial Inspection industry. We have very high regards and confidence in Rick’s ability to continue the tradition of superior quality and friendly service. He is well versed in all aspects of buildings and we know that he will provide the same level of service that you have come to expect from Shamrock.
