Happy Groundhog Day!! A follower suggested my next food art challenge be a groundhog and even though my husband thought it was a bear 🥲 I think he turned out pretty cute!

I took a piece of bread and spread it with . Then used a small round cookie cutter to cut circles out of the heel of bread ( do you call it the heel or something else? ) Made rectangles out of an apple slice, banana and blueberry eyes, and then remembered he needed ears! And then thought still missing something… a nose!
