After months of feeling like I’ve been in hibernation, I want to commit to myself to reestablish some habits and gain new ones that I may have lost this winter.

My goal for this challenge is to start creating routines that make me feel good, and won’t let me burn out. I want to FEEL good in my body, and not just work myself to the ground. I want to continue to build sustainable habits to help me live a longer and healthier life.
