D&P Processing

Dear friends and loyal customers,
We've loved every moment of running D&P Processing.
The early mornings prepping the best local beef, pork, and specialty cuts; the chats over the counter; watching your kids grow up on our sausages and your families gather around tables we helped fill.

Sadly, alpha-gal syndrome and ongoing health issues have made it impossible to continue. We're not shutting down because business failed—we're stepping away to protect our health after fighting to keep going as long as we could.

It's truly bittersweet. We adore this work and this community, but it's time to let someone new take the reins. Your support has meant the world.
