So my son got his corn snake, stuck between the table top and the table leg in the dining room. It was a space about 1“ x 2“. We tried everything from baiting it with a rat, which she promptly ate and then retreated back into the hole, to using a cold hairdryer. Everything we could think of. Right up until we realized all we had to do was remove the table leg, and she plopped right out.
We’re unfortunately having to bow out of the Grimoire Academy Gothic Market March 7-8. I’m just not recuperated enough yet. However, you can find us March 28 at the Hometown Expo at the Augusta Expo Center in Fishersville, VA. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Any of my business friends ever have to pull out of a market that you paid a pretty penny to be featured in? Just not sure I’m recuperated enough to do the show this early. Ideas or suggestions welcome.

Took the oldest for a haircut & was reminded I have a 9-going-on-15 year old. *sigh* He was holding a brownie package like a phone to look more grown up. SLOW DOWN, DUDE!! It’s already moving way too fast. 🥺
Oops. The youngest face planted again this morning & knocked a tooth loose, so we wound up in the ER. Good news - he’s fine, it wasn’t loose enough to worry about & it was a baby tooth. Anybody else think he’s earned an ice cream?!
