Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission (JLARC) is the non-partisan research and oversight agency for the Virginia General Assembly. JLARC is currently reviewing Virginia’s Cost Share (VACS) Program. VACS provides state funding to local Soil & Water Conservation Districts to help producers implement best management practices (BMP) on agricultural land.

Whether you've participated in the VACS Program or not, your feedback will help JLARC better understand awareness of the program and conservation efforts on working farms. (Note: This is not the same survey as the recent VT/VCE conservation BMP survey.)
