By declaring our independence from Great Britain, they not only defied a mighty empire but also ignited the spark of democracy and self-governance that continues to inspire nations around the globe. Their remarkable foresight, indomitable spirit, and willingness to sacrifice for the greater good laid the foundation for a nation built on the principles of equality, justice, and the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. As we celebrate this historic day, we pay tribute to their enduring legacy and the indelible mark they left on the world.
