This Friday marks three years since we lost Joe. Mom had called him that day and asked if there was anything that he wanted from the store. He asked her to grab him some pork rinds. So we decided that every year we would pick up a bag of pork rinds and eat some on the 30th as a little nod to the man that started it all for us. So go grab yourself a bag in honor of Joe.
