Students completing Mr. Burleson's Manufacturing Technology Program at UA Northark were presented today with a 12-drawer machinist tool box and a 7-piece HAAS Precision Measuring Tool Kit in recognition of their achievement. Made possible through the generous support of the Gene HAAS Foundation, these tools will give them a strong foundation as they launch their careers in machining.

At 2:10 PM on Monday April 20, 2026 North Arkansas College officially merged with the University of Arkansas System.

This merger presents more opportunities than ever to the students of this area!

Last week, students from Northark had the opportunity to put their technical training to the test at the annual SkillsUSA competition, competing with students from technical programs across Arkansas. Competitors represented a wide range of Northark's programs, including HVAC/R, Automotive, Construction, and Autobody.
