I am incredibly thankful and truly grateful for your overwhelming support, prayers, and encouragement throughout this primary election. It is a tremendous honor to have been elected to serve as your next Boone County Sheriff.

I do not take this responsibility lightly. I am humbled by the trust you have placed in me, and I look forward to serving and protecting our county with integrity, dedication, and leadership over the next four years. Thank you for believing in me and for allowing me the opportunity to continue serving this great county!!!!

It’s Election Day!

Polls are open now and will be until 7:30 PM. Get out and vote!

Election Day is tomorrow Tuesday, March 3rd. Polls will be open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and I would be truly honored to have your vote.

With 39 years of law enforcement experience right here in Boone County, including serving in various leadership roles, including Sheriff from 2020-2022, I am prepared, experienced, and ready to continue leading the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with integrity, professionalism, and dedication to our community.

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and trust. Tomorrow, I humbly ask for your vote as we move forward together to keep Boone County safe.

Tomorrow, March 2nd, is the LAST DAY for early voting. If you haven’t voted yet, I hope you’ll make a plan to do so. Early voting hours are 8 AM- 5 PM at the Boone County Election Center at 414 W. Central Ave.

Tuesday, March 3rd is Primary Election Day.
With decades of law enforcement experience, my promise to Boone County remains the same.

With over 38 years of law enforcement experience, all dedicated to serving this community, it has been my privilege to protect and serve Boone County. I want to continue that service with integrity, experience and accountability.

Thank you for your support, your prayers, and your trust. Together, we can keep Boone County strong and safe.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the members of law enforcement and their families this morning following the tragic events in Christian and Stone County last night. This is a humbling reminder of how quickly life can change and the dangers our deputies face each time they put on the uniform. Their courage and sacrifice should never be taken for granted. Hold your loved ones a little closer today. Our hearts are heavy as we grieve the lives lost and stand in support of those who continue to serve.

Recently, I completed 20 hours of advanced training at the Legal and Liability Risk Management Institute during the 2025 Law Enforcement Liability and Risk Management Conference in San Antonio, TX.

This training is significant because it focuses on reducing liability, strengthening policy, improving supervision, and ensuring departments operate within the highest legal and professional standards. In today’s law enforcement environment, staying up to date on risk management and legal responsibilities is critical to protecting both our deputies and the citizens we serve.

By investing in continued education like this, I am better equipped to protect taxpayer dollars by reducing unnecessary liability, strengthen policies and accountability, support and properly train our deputies, and ensure transparency and professionalism.

My commitment has always been to lead with integrity, knowledge, and experience. Ongoing training like this directly benefits the people of Boone County and I kindly ask for your vote so that I can help ensure that our Sheriffs office operates at the highest standard possible.

This campaign has been built on experience, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving the people of Boone County. The encouragement, prayers, and conversations I’ve had with so many of you during this journey to become your next Sheriff have meant more to me than words can say.
