Strand Composites is pleased to announce an immediate starting wage increase from $15/hr to $18/hr, effective immediately. All of our current hourly employees will receive the same $3/hr raise beginning January 1st, 2026.

Due to inclement weather, and the roads already getting slick, we will not be working Wednesday the 19th. If all goes well we will return on Thursday the 20th. Friday will be a make-up day. Be safe out there.
