My dear clients and friends, you are all in my thoughts and my heart at this difficult time. I hope that you, your family, and friends are healthy and staying positive as we all go through the COVID-19 pandemic together.

I am grateful that my family and I remain healthy here in Westchester County, New York. It’s definitely a tough time, but we are taking all necessary precautions to stay safe. For me, daily meditation and phone calls with loved ones are proving very helpful.

As you can imagine, I had to put the relaunch of my practice on hold until it is safe to practice massage again. I continue to network and search for locations here and in New York City where I can start treating clients in need of medical massage.

Even though hands-on massage is not an option now, I am available to clients new and old who are experiencing pain or discomfort. I invite you to reach out via phone, text, email, or Zoom. It won’t be the same as meeting in person, of course, but I would welcome the chance to speak and help however I can.

I am here for you, and I am grateful for the love and support I have received from so many of you. Please stay strong, stay positive, and know that this too, shall pass. I look forward to the day, hopefully soon, when we can work together.

I’ve got exciting news: This week I am expanding my practice to the Flatiron-Nomad district of Manhattan! I will be treating clients at Silverbush Physical Therapy where I will have the pleasure of working alongside Ben Silverbush, DPT. My treatment room is large and filled with natural light on the 12th floor (Suite 1206) of 928 Broadway.

The Flatiron-Nomad district is lively, friendly, and close to Midtown, Union Square, and Chelsea. I’ve been looking forward to working in New York City since I moved from California; I'm now ready to take on (clients in) Manhattan!

Warm greetings to my clients and friends! You are in my thoughts as we collectively emerge from the pandemic. I am happy to say that I became fully vaccinated in early March and I hope you will soon be able to say the same. I experienced no vaccine side effects and I now have peace of mind knowing that I, my family, and my clients are safer from infection.

I continue to observe all precautions in my personal and professional lives, including masking, social distancing, hand washing, and disinfecting my treatment rooms. Each month I am treating more clients in both my Harrison and Elmsford, NY locations, and I am grateful for each referral and new client that I have the pleasure of working with.

I hope that the Spring brings you and your loved ones hope and optimism as it does for me.
