Incompetent Judge etal sued!
In 2015 I filed 5:15-cv-00192-KGB Hall v. Johnson et al against incompetent and corrupt Circuit Judges in southeast Arkansas. Wednesday I filed suit against the 7th judge to make a wrongful judgement against me. His ruling was based on hearsay from a violent wife be**er. The day after the ignorant ruling, extending his Ex Parta, my son-in-law put my daughter in the hospital and was arrested for two additional felonies. Yet, the Ex Parta still stands.
So now we have 3:24-cv-03043-TLB Hall v. Jackson et al.

It should be noted that I included the Arkansas State Supreme Court as a defendant, as its "Rule of Confidentiality" violates my First Amendment Freedom of Speech. The Rule makes it a Contempt of Court to even suggest someone has filed a "Complaint" against a judge in Arkansas. This protects incompetent and corrupt judges until the Arkansas Judicial Disciple and Disability Commission makes a public statement on a complaint. The AJDDC is also immune from litigation. We shall see if we can get this unconstitutional rule removed.
