Finally made it home from the Grand Tetons....what a trip we had. This was a real working vacation/trip for us. We are making memories and recording as many as we can in photos and videos. It's just what we love to do.

Here are some preliminary totals... 12 days driving, 4113 Miles, an average of 342 miles per day.

We took 13,282 Photos/videos between the 2 of us. I took 8059 and Renee took 5223. This is the most we have taken on a trip...we had great subjects/beautiful scenery. Have a lot of work to do with them.

We took quite a few shots today on the way back starting in Hays, KS... Took several back roads from there to SE Kansas, before crossing into Missouri. Unbelievably, SE Kansas is beautiful country. We had great clouds and some interesting countryside.

We have been looking for Jackrabbits on every trip we've ever taken to the west, have yet to see one. They are getting very scarce. But in talking to some folks in Kansas, we are zeroing in on some... Ha

Here is an interesting shot taken today of a Red-winged Blackbird in a field of Winter Wheat... Thought it turned out colorful and interesting. :) Zoom in and take a peek.
