Hello, everyone! 👋

🥊I'm excited to announce that I'll be offering Kickboxing and Self Defense classes for all of the women in our area!
🔥This class is for ALL experience and fitness levels, no experience necessary, and the only thing you should bring is a water bottle!
📍The location is 4045 Black Ranch Rd in Lead Hill.
🟢 Our first class will be Monday March 25th.
⏰️ @ 6pm
💲 There will be two options for cost:
1) $40 per month
2) $15 per class
Paypal is great and cash is always king!

⚠️WARNING! Taking this class may cause you to be in an excellent mood for days after 😊 You may experience hightened levels of self confidence and assertiveness 🤸‍♀️ You may also have the need for a new wardrobe, due to weight loss and muscle gain 🍑 You may also aquire the knowledge to defend yourself, if the need should ever arise! 💥

🍎In addition to being a Kickboxing and Self Defense coach, I'm also a certified Personal Trainer and a Nutritionist. 🍽 So, for those that would like to take advantage, I'll be offering custom meal plans 🥪and personalized workouts 🏋‍♀️ to assist in your journey to better health!

Our first Ladies Combatives Camp was such an amazingly epic and empowering experience! It's difficult to articulate the atmosphere, but something happened there, something so awesome that I have goose-bumbs just typing this! We had mommas, we had single ladies, we had young ladies and we even had some mature ladies there and every single woman walked away a little more prepared, a little more assertive and a lot more confident! I'm so blessed to have been given the opportunity to chase my passion and move along the path that the Lord has called me too! These ladies, yall, are a force to be reckoned with!
