The countdown to EXSP Summer 2026 continues! Spaces in each class are over half full for both Weightlifting 101 and our Game Speed Program! Learn proper running mechanics and the keys to become faster and more explosive in our Game Speed, and in our Weightlifting 101 learn the basics of strength training over the course of the summer! Both programs are taught by our coaches who have years of experience coaching and instructing but also countless years of experience as athletes themselves!

Always great seeing some of our younger athletes! These guys have grown in more ways than just strength or height actually! From coming in the summer of 2024 to now seeing how these guys have put in the work and see that translate on the field and how they also carry themselves! The future is bright for these guys!

Reminder to all parents! Weightlifting at a young age is 100% safe and even highly recommended! Under the supervision of our coaches who have years of experience in this field along with experience playing at some of the highest levels in sports we guarantee that your son and daughter will receive the best coaching and instruction! Building a foundation at a young age will lead to so much more success as they continue to grow and get stronger naturally over time! Add on proper lifting and strength training will not only help in growth, confidence, but also injury prevention as they progress!
