There’s something pretty special happening this week.

We’re getting started on two custom homes side by side for two brothers we’ve known since they were little boys.

Life has a funny way of coming full circle. Seeing them grow up, raise families of their own, and now build homes next door to each other is something we’re truly honored to be a part of.

These are the kinds of projects that remind us this business is about so much more than building houses.

We can’t wait to watch these homes—and the memories they’ll hold—come to life. 🤍

We’re excited to share this beautiful custom home we recently completed for Jay and Pepper.

This home has so many great features, but the full wraparound porch is definitely one of our favorites. Add in the custom kitchen, gorgeous tile shower, screened porch, and all the natural light throughout, and it’s easy to see why we love this one so much.

One thing we always tell homeowners is that having design guidance throughout the process can make all the difference. From exterior selections and floor plan adjustments to cabinetry, tile, countertops, and finishes, making hundreds of decisions can feel overwhelming. That’s why we work closely with our clients every step of the way and offer design services as part of the custom home building experience.

Jay and Pepper were amazing clients to work with from day one, and we can’t thank them enough for trusting us to build their home. Watching their vision come together and become a place they can call home is one of the best parts of what we do.
