Constellation will be conducting a semi-annual, test of the emergency warning sirens surrounding Limerick Generating Station today, at approximately 2 p.m.

The warning system is made up of sirens located within the 10-mile radius around Limerick..

𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝

In 2024, more than 360,000 people will be diagnosed with breast cancer. But there is hope. Advancements in early detection methods and support continue to increase the chances of survival. When caught in its earliest, localized stages, the 5-year relative survival rate of breast cancer is 99%.

How can you lower your risk of breast cancer?
You can lower your risk of breast cancer by:

⚘ Maintaining a healthy weight.

⚘ Being physically active.

⚘ Limiting or avoiding alcohol.

⚘ Asking your doctor about the risks of hormone replacement therapy or birth control pills.

⚘ Breastfeeding, if possible.
