This free virtual series is designed to support law enforcement officers and their families in the areas most impacted by the job—connection, emotional load, finances, and physical health.

Each session can be registered for individually, or participants may attend the full series for the greatest overall impact.

"Great things never come from comfort zones." 🌿

This hallway is one of my favorite spaces in my office. This wall celebrates ways that people are stepping outside of their comfort zones. When we are healing and growing, it always requires us to do difficult things. This is a beautiful celebration of that. ✨️

You can do difficult things too. 💪
