We celebrated Billy's birthday with this indulgent turtle cheesecake cake. Alternating layers of dark chocolate cake and caramel swirled cheesecake, filled with layers of cream cheese icing, homemade caramel sauce and pecans. Covered with cream cheese icing, homemade caramel and chocolate sauce and crushed pecans.
