Moving in: Housing development nears completion in Hanover Twp. HANOVER TWP. — Dawn Davison-Monk, the region’s only licensed female general contractor, has seen a great deal of interest in new housing units Twin City Builders constructed in the Lower Askam section of Hanover Twp. Eight units were completed so far in a
