C1. Walking Lunges 4x20
C2. Russian Twist 4x20
D. Super Set x4
Barbell Curls x10 55-75lbs
DB Hammer Curl x12 20-40lbs
E. Super Set x4
Standing Tricep Extensions x12
Banded Tricep Pushdowns x15
F. Planks 4x30sec
