I'm looking for someone to become a partner in my architectural drafting business. I've been at it for 27 years, I've created over 3,000 sets of residential and commercial plans during that time, and have developed a great reputation among my customers, many of whom came back years later for either their next home or an expansion to their existing home. I also have a good amount of general contractors who just give me all their work - they don't even shop me.

Here's my website. It's pretty weak becasue my daughter was working on it and didn't finish before passing away in 2007 - I never had the heart to redo her work, but it's probably time.

This is a GREAT opportunity for someone who's been working in the trades and is tired of getting hurt, or can't work anymore due to back or knee injuries, but wants to stay in the business and would much rather create GOOD plans - rather than try to work from other people's crappy plans.
