Hello friends of Hamtramck, the small but most diverse two-square miles in America! We are announcing the TV debut of Bill Meyer’s MAKIN’ IT REAL! presented by OneHamtramck and Bill Meyer
It’s scheduled on the Hamtramck Library Youtube Channel, as part of the 24/7 programming by WHPL Ch 19 on Comcast. (You can also watch the show at any time by clicking on the individual files on the Hamtramck Public Library Youtube channel)

We’ll be covering local, national and international issues that affect the people of this small city nestled inside the borders of Detroit. It happens that Hamtramck is the ONLY Muslim-majority population of ANY city in the entire Western HEMISHPERE! — and that includes North and South America and Canada! So we are SPECIAL in that way, but there are also many other interesting aspects of our city, its people and history, and we’ll be covering some of these stories in upcoming episodes.
