Spent most of the winter working on this old farm house in colerain.

Tore down the old masonry chimney and demo’d some old porch, put in a new chimney, new siding, new porch slab/step/wall cap, porch framing, metal porch roof, porch railing, rework the rain collection for the cistern, installed a new hand pump, and a new entry door with transom window.

Working on doing repairs to this home piece by piece that can continue to work toward the owners long term plans.

Thanks to my amazng client who put up with delays during this project due to health!

Finished up this Springdale, OH master bathroom remodel in August. This was a full gut, removed a wall and explanded the bathroom with a custom marble tile shower, plank vinyl floor, double vanity, makeup counter, and updated electrical, plumbing, lighting and ventilation.

Had the opportunity to remodel this bathroom for a repeat client in finneytown! I love how this basic, small but functional master bath turned out.

Finished this kitchen for some awesome clients right before thanksgiving! Full gut to the studs, major plumbing repairs from bathroom upstairs, then put it back together with click lock vinyl floors, Rta cabinets, quartz counters, and LED lighting.
