We’re looking for a Weekend Warrior to help create unforgettable experiences during our busiest days of the week. This role is perfect for someone who brings positive energy, loves connecting with people, and enjoys staying busy.

Schedule

- Available to work 6–8 hour shifts on most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Studio Hours:
* Friday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
* Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
* Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

*Weekend availability is required*

What You’ll Do

- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality
- Guide customers through pottery painting, canvas projects, splatter painting, gem mining, and other creative experiences
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the moment guests arrive until they leave
- Host birthday parties, events, and walk-in guests with confidence and positivity.
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for the next creative adventure
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Answer phones, process transactions, and help guests choose the perfect project
- Work collaboratively with your teammates during busy weekends

- Naturally friendly, outgoing, and bubbly
- Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Willing to learn new skills and jump in wherever needed
- Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and stay active throughout a shift
- At least 18 years old

- Have previous customer service, retail, restaurant, or childcare experience
- Enjoy art or consider yourself creative (no artistic experience required!)
