Fancy Chancie

kids are great.

Today, at a restaurant, I was chillin', Fancy laying next to me and 2 kids came over. One of them, Jeff's cousin's son who is 5., btw, gently instructed another kid not to pet my dog. He explained that they had to ask me for permission and if fancy was wearing her no pet thing with the circles then she couldn't be petted. That made me smile so big.

Happy international guide dog day from fancy and I. This photo was taken last summer on vacation. We had a great time climbing sand dunes and hanging out at the beach.

This December has been a snowy one so far; we are enjoying it. Tonight, we walked to a park where Fancy had a lovely time running about on long leash and chomping lots and lots of snow. The second photo is from the beginning of December when we took a neighborhood walk and she had fun nomming snow, bounding and prancing about.
