If you need to change the services you are on our schedule for, or are thinking of a new look for your upcoming appointment, please call the salon and let us know. This is so important for several reasons.
1: We want to be sure we have the time to accommodate this change. Not all services are created equal, if you are in for a color, and now want highlights as well, we need extra time. If you are in for highlights and now only want a cut, your stylist is now stuck with a big hole in her book for the day. 2: We want to make sure we have the necessary products. It has been a challenge keeping the salon fully stocked with recent shortages, we are doing our best to remain fully stocked but any heads up you can give us if you are wanting a change will make sure we have what we need. 3: Most of our stylist are booked and have a wait list. If you are no longer requiring your full appointment time, please allow us the opportunity to fill that time with someone who would be happy to have it! 4: We are officially in the holiday season, appointments are tight and hard to come by, please be considerate of your stylists time and let us know when your service may be different than we have planned for when we booked so we can plan accordingly.
