Announces Over $1 Million for Emergency Operations Center in Hamden*****

TUESDAY, June 16t at 11:00 AM, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) will join Mayor Adam Sendroff, state and local leaders, and law enforcement to announce over $1 million she secured in federal Community Project Funding (CPF) for the town of Hamden to build an Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
The EOC will enhance Hamden's disaster preparedness, response capabilities, and recovery efforts. The facility will serve as the nerve center during emergencies, providing a centralized command, coordination, and communication hub that integrates county resources, emergency services, and partner agencies to effectively manage crises of all scales with flexible workstations, advanced communications infrastructure, specialized technology, and more.
