We are starting a nature program out here in Addy, WA! Had a great day yesterday with some Waldorf kiddos. Playing deer and cougar, gathering beautiful nature things and making wishes 💫 and exploring the local tinder plants 🔥 . Which ones do you see here? More experiences and adventures to come!

I offered food to the ancestors and a catbird came. Folks often ask if the ancestors eat the food I offer them. The answer is, Yes.

This is a sweet image from last fall. Offering food and appreciation to my ancestors each morning is a practice of remembrance for me. Remembering not only the beloved dead but also remembering myself and the deep stories in my bones.

If you are interested in exploring more practices of nature and community connection. Check out my upcoming workshop called living rooted. Link in bio

Not about touching water; it’s waiting for the moment the water touches you.

Belonging is the vulnerable moment we surrender our illusion of separation.

Mid-march we’re nourishing our deep belonging in a small group experience. If you are curious, link’s in my bio.
