Fluffy rice fried with eggs mixed vegetables

On medium-high heat
-neutral oil
-Scallion whites
-garlic

Fry until fragrant
-Broccoli
-Mixed all the frozen mixed vegetables, cook until vibrant and move to the side
-add remaining oil
-beaten eggs
-scramble & break them into smaller pieces
-day old cooked La reine Jasmine Rice
-regular soy sauce
-dark soy sauce
-sesame oil
-white pepper

Toss until rice is colored brown , notice no sauce on the base of the pan
