The first thing I did was establish what I want my identity to be.
I want to be a confident man.
A man that doesn’t carry the shame of breaking promises to himself
A man worthy to lead other man to the best versions of themselves

*Professional development
My goal this year is to do these things 80% of the year.

2. Choose the habits that will lead you towards that identity
3. Execute
Make a choice to become the person you want to become!
It won’t happen passively. It takes action!
All day long there will be fork in the road moments. One path will lead you to your best like and the other will lead you to regret.
Make choices that support your desired identity.
