What you eat can either support your voice… or sabotage it 👀
⏰ BEFORE:
• Fruits (berries, apples) 🍎
• Light proteins (eggs, nuts)
• Warm tea 🍵
⛪ DURING:
• Room temp water 💧
• Light snacks if needed (nothing heavy!)
🌙 AFTER:
• Warm meals (soups are great!) 🍲
• Herbal tea with honey 🍯
• Avoid greasy, dairy-heavy, or spicy foods
🚫 Try to limit: dairy, fried foods, soda, caffeine before singing!

🎤 Must-haves for every vocalist:
• Room temp water 💧
• Throat coat tea or lozenges 🍯
• Vocal steamer or humidifier (portable!)
• Healthy snacks (fruit, nuts) 🍎
• Scarf (protect that neck + throat!) 🧣
• Notebook/iPad for lyrics & notes
• Confidence + prayer 🙏🏽
