Shout out to ! She’s been training ATG 3x a week for the past 17 months. She’s gotten so much stronger (she was pushing 225lbs on sled March 2024 - today she pushed 450lbs!!!), she is more explosive/faster, and she’s committed to running Cross Country AND playing Softball at Alpena College. She is a prime example of hard work, dedication, and consistency. Stoked to watch you continue to succeed in college, Karissa. One of the most coachable kids I’ve been able to work with so far.
