Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Canteen for taking such great care of our team here at DC 877. The convenience and reliability of an on-site marketplace has made a huge difference for our associates and the team genuinely appreciates them.

However, one of the best parts of Canteen Vending is Marcus, our Route Specialist. Not only does he keep us stocked, happy, and organized but, he really looks out for our Team. He checks in, pays attention to what’s needed, and always shows up with a smile and positive vibes! He’s become more than a driver to us, he’s part of the WebstaurantStore family.

We’re grateful to have him on our route… and of course, we had to show some love and get him swagged out.

WebstaurantStore DC 877 will be at the Washington County Career Expo at Hagerstown Community College tomorrow startingat 10a. The free event will give jobseekers the opportunity to explore employment in Washington County, explore employment resources and meet representatives from the area's leading companies and organizations. The job fair will be held in the Athletic, Recreation and Community Center on the HCC campus.

Last night, the WebstaurantStore DC 877 attended the 2026 Business Awards hosted by the Washington County Chamber of Commerce at The Maryland Theatre
It was a glamorous evening filled with great energy, strong community presence, and meaningful networking connections & opportunities.

Congratulations to all the nominees and winners, from small nonprofits to large businesses.
We are proud to be part of this business community and look forward to more events like this.

As we continue to grow, WebstaurantStore DC 877 must be intentional about protecting our culture and core values.
This week, our General Manager met with the leadership team to reinforce the importance of preserving the culture we want in our building. We have grown from 6 managers to 32, and from 2 associates to more than 200. Growth is exciting, but it requires greater intentionality to ensure every person feels respected, supported, and valued.
We were asked to reflect on our best customer service experience, the impact it had on us, and how we can apply those same principles in our warehouse. The message was clear and powerful: “The goal is simple. Treat everyone the way Chick-fil-A treats their customers, with care, urgency, and respect.”
A strong culture does not sustain itself. As we grow, we must be deliberate in how we lead, serve, and treat one another every day.

Shout out to Cibus Mission for being the first nonprofit to benefit from our donation pickup.
We met the Denise at our Grand Opening in December, and she has been patiently waiting for us to get fully operational so we could begin supporting their mission.
The timing aligned in a meaningful way. After recently experiencing a fire, Cibus Mission was in need of products to help package and distribute food in the community. We were able to step in and provide items that will help them continue serving families in our area.
This is exactly why community partnerships matter. Grateful to support an organization that is making a real impact locally, and looking forward to continued collaboration.

From the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Mixer and monthly networking BASH to Job Fairs, the last few weeks at WebstaurantStore DC 877 have been full.

Our focus is to build relationships and create opportunity. Proud of what DC 877 is building inside the warehouse and in the community.
