I have been involved in alternative therapies for fifteen years. My journey began while I was a middle school math teacher and mother of four. I had begun seeking my own personal relief from everyday stress and tension. My ongoing interest in health and holistic therapies led me to explore Reflexology and Reiki.
I received my reflexology certification from the International Institute of Reflexology.
I am a certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master and teacher. I am a member of the International Association of Reiki Professions.
I believe in the body's ability to heal itself using healing energy. I am passionate about my work as a reflexologist and Reiki Master, and I advocate their benefits. They are both safe and effective ways to better health. Because of life's stressors, imbalances in the mind and body can happen in a number of ways. These often show up as physical symptoms, which directly correlate to the energy centers in the body. I help to facilitate natural healing and help my clients restore and maintain their body's natural harmony and balance. Although I respect Western medicine, I also believe that there is a special place in today's society for a more Eastern approach to good health.
I am always here to listen to you and assist you in meeting your own individual health needs. I bring personal care and compassion to each of my sessions, and provide my clients with a way back to good health. I strive to give my very best service to each of my clients and allow them to reconnect to themselves and rebalance the energy centers of their body.
