Hadley Municipal Building Committee

As we move into the design phases of our newly-approved town building projects, our committee remains dedicated to ensuring that these projects are executed with the upmost professionalism and qualified oversight, using long-lasting materials and construction processes. Over a century ago our town government had the insight to employ quality construction, and as a result we still enjoy these beautiful buildings today. We look forward to working with the individuals who have formed the various building sub-committees to push these projects ahead, and each one of us remains dedicated to help make them each a success!

Some new projects are coming forward for Annual Town Meeting...plus a possible new budget structure to aid in staying on top of building projects! Then there are the longer-term building scenarios to be decided by the town.

*Heating Controls replacement;
*Strip and Replace Roof..among others....

* Remove and abate old tile floor, Install New Tile Flooring
* Strip old roof, Install New standing seam metal roof

In process:
New exterior doors for safety, security, energy efficiency while retaining aesthetics...

To do: Repair fluted columns, among others...
