Seeing all of these pieces hanging on one wall is a pretty awesome experience for me. This display encompasses watercolor paintings from several collections but there is always an underlying thread that connects them all to eachother and I can see it when I walk down this walk despite the fact that I can’t put it into words. It took me a long time time to let go of other’s expectations of my paintings and do it my way but the last few years of painting what I want and how I want to has rendered the best art of my life to date. I’ll say it even though we’re supposed to be humble…I’m proud of myself and this body of work. I worked my ass off to create these paintings and I’m so proud to share them with you all from the creation stages and behind the scenes stuff in my stories and reels to the REAL TALK posts where I break down the inspiration for various paintings.
