Three questions everyone in your organization must be able to answer:

What are we doing? Why are we doing it? Where do I fit in?

If we were certain of the outcome it wouldn’t take courage.

Are we experiencing an interrupted society (implies normal services will be return to normal as soon as possible) or a disrupted one (we are shaken and who knows what the new normal will be)?

Is the Covid-19 pandemic a "Black Swan" event (highly impactful; very difficult to predict) or a "Black Elephant" event (highly impactful; very predictable but ignored and not discussed - like an elephant in the room)
