Had someone today contact me for some remote support.

Their issue specifically had to deal with Windows Update, and Windows pushing out a driver that happened to be messing up their computer whenever it was installed.

Remoted into their machine, disabled Windows Driver updates, rolled back to their original driver, set them up with a nice adblocker, removed a bunch of bloatware off of their machine, and sent them on their way.
