2:50PM UPDATE: Spectrum issue seems to be resolving and services appear to be accessible. We were told they could still be sporadic for a period of time.

UPDATE: Per SPECTRUM, their outage is affecting multiple states and they are estimating have the issue resolved by 9PM tonight.

SPECTRUM is having an issue causing clients using Spectrum as their ISP to not be able to connect to our VoIP services. The carrier is monitoring and assisting Spectrum to resolve as soon as possible. Any user that has SPECTRUM for internet are unable to register devices/connect to the carrier for service at this time. It does appear that the mobile app on cellular does work. Caller's are also still getting to your auto-attendant and voicemail.
