Let's start the day off with an update....look how great she looks!

Here is a Jenny in need of a home. This jenny is young, believe it or not. She's 3 years old and 11'1. She does lead fairly decent, she loaded pretty well and isn't mean at all! She's not ear shy and has been with ALL livestock and horses.

Now if your going to be one of those "she's so thin" type of people. Just DON'T. It's not hard to tell, and honestly I'm not in the mood. We also can all see she has ugly feet, you DON'T need to tell me. My farrier stays busy and works me in to the best of her abilities on really rough ones. A text was sent and she'll be scheduled soon.

With that being said, this jenny is young and a family I see at quite a few sales picked her up for me because they thought I could find her a home and get her taken care of. (Thank you). This jenny I swear looks already quite a bit more filled out in just literally a few days. She's on some good grain, and alfalfa. She has a good appetite and I say she was just neglected truthfully. But I'm not like a lot of people, I don't judge what I don't know, and I don't know where she came from and the situation.

This jenny supposedly has vet paperwork somewhere where she was vet checked in foal as 4 months. I don't have it, and I don't know if she is or isn't. But know the possibility is there. They said a chocolate jack but who knows. Again, she was just bought to give her a better home and a better chance because obviously she wasn't taken care of.

Truthfully I wasn't going to post her, I was just going to turn her out till fall when she looks better BUT I'd love to see her at a new home who can spend time with her and give her more 1:1. Several people were supposed to send a deposit or pick her up and then shockingly, ghosted me.

All things aside this is a nice jenny that is YOUNG that with a little TLC has literally a whole life ahead of her.

Here is a NICE c**t!

This is Midnight. He is a (recent) 2 yo gelding. He's 14'3 as of right now and he's going to be BIG! Coggins call him a Appendix, and I believe that.

He's gentle, handles well and will make someone a great peoject! He is turned out with mares and geldings and gets along well with everything. He trailers well, leads, loads and ties. He does everything one his age should do.

I like this little dude and think someone will have them a very nice horse! Give him a little TLC, some time and I could see him being a fancy English horse or a lesson type potential!

As of today things are changing with the boarding of horses held here on deposits. I've been as nice and fair as I can for the last few years, and I'm tired of losing money for people who won't pay up or communicate. If you have something come up, a problem, vehicle issues, WHATEVER may effect you coming to pick up.. JUST COMMUNICATE IT. With that being said....

- if leaving a deposit.. I need a idea number of days you expect to have to leave your purchase here. IF they are staying more than a week board is required to be paid once a week, day of your choosing. Example: If they are staying 3 weeks and you want to pay every Friday.. it is REQUIRED on Friday.

-IF you miss a week and I don't hear from you by the end of 3 days .. I'm considering the deposit void and I can resell the animal. I also more than likely will not have any dealings with you in the future.

- Also, from now on ANY vet work you need done, will be required BEFORE the vet is here OR you call the vet, set everything up and pay it yourself. If you choose to have me schedule and pay me, if I'm not paid the day before.. it isn't happening. I don't know how much money I've lost in the last few months for doing vet work and then the people disappear.

I'm SICK of people not paying. I don't ask for much board money at all AND my deposits are more than fair and cheaper than probably ANY other business/trader or individual will ask of you. I'm really NOT hard to get along with, and I appreciate my good customers more than you know! But things have to change. I have bills and have to pay for the feed/hay! My hay bill every week is more than a mortgage, I promise.

Here's a mare that has to keep getting better with each ride!
This mare is Mystique, a cremello gaited mare. A SMOOTH gaited mare!!
She is 10 yrs old, bought privately, not from a sale, if that matters to you, she actually has been with the same lady her whole life.
14 hands tall, perfect for a smaller rider!!
When we bought Mystique, she had just weaned the prettiest palomino baby!
She had not been ridden in quite a while, but she is riding well and getting right back in routine.
She has been to a few local shows amd was ridden by kids
She is not a spooky kind of mare, she is friendly, she tacks up well, stands for mounting, she has a beautiful long mane...everyone here really likes her!
And when I say smooth, she is so smooth!!
We even let the teenagers that help us ride her and they have very little riding experience, she rode very well for them!
