Community Safety Patrol
We are looking for Security Professionals for On-site security and Patrol Positions to join our team to patrol and protect client’s premises and respond to calls for service.
The ideal candidate must be vigilant, responsible, and dedicated to security services.
DPSST certification is required for security work in Oregon. We will train qualified candidates if they do not have their DPSST already.
Responsibilities:
• Patrol premises on foot or in a vehicle, both of interior/exterior areas of assigned locations
• Random patrols to maintain order and establish security presence
• Monitor premises and entrance of client’s property
• Stand, walk or sit constantly on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet etc.)
• Response to call for service
• Secure all exits, doors and windows of properties if found unsecured
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Investigate people for suspicious activity
• Write detailed narrative reports, emails and complete Daily Activity Reports
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to calls for service requiring security assistance
Skills:
• Preferred experience as security officer or guard
• Familiarity with report writing
• Valid DPSST Certification (training can be provided)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Pays attention to detail
• A hard and dedicated worker
• Punctual and dependable
